Privacy

Privacy and public enquiry handling.

This notice explains how information submitted through the public Endura Decommissioning website is handled.

Information collected

The public forms may collect your name, company, work email, area of interest, checklist request details and any message you choose to provide.

Purpose

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, provide a requested resource, understand the potential scope and arrange an appropriate follow-up.

Form processing

The public forms, including the enquiry and resource-request forms, are submitted to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. Formspree receives the information entered in a form so the enquiry or resource request can be delivered to Endura. Formspree processing is subject to its own privacy and security arrangements. The site does not use Netlify Forms.

Project information

Do not submit controlled drawings, client records, credentials or sensitive project information through the public form. A secure transfer route can be agreed after initial contact.

Storage and disclosure

Information is retained only as required to respond and manage the business enquiry. It is not sold. It may be disclosed to service providers supporting website hosting or communications where necessary.

Contact and deletion requests

Questions, access requests or deletion requests can be sent to jed@enduradecom.com.
