About Endura

Independent judgement at the point decisions are still changeable.

Endura Decommissioning is an Australian specialist consultancy supporting late-life and decommissioning decisions from early study through execution planning and assurance.

Why Endura exists

The weakest part of a decommissioning programme is often the inherited basis.

Ownership transitions, incomplete as-builts, ageing condition evidence and assumptions carried forward from previous teams can distort scope and cost long before offshore work begins.

Endura focuses on that front end. The work establishes what the evidence supports, which uncertainties matter and what action will improve the decision.

IndependentAdvice is not a pretext for selling a preferred equipment solution.
Execution-informedPlanning is tested against practical offshore, marine and disposal constraints.
Review-readyOutputs are structured for technical, management and assurance review.
Clear platform boundarydecomm.ai is introduced only where documentation intelligence adds value.

Jed van Iersel

Jed has more than 20 years of offshore decommissioning, heavy-lift and demolition experience. His work has covered front-end planning, offshore removal, marine interfaces and close-out across international decommissioning environments.

He founded Endura to bring execution-grounded judgement into study and planning work, where assumptions can still be challenged and the programme can still be changed.

How Endura works

Senior attention, visible assumptions and a practical next step.

The work is kept proportionate to the decision. Specialist inputs can be brought into a scope where required, while Endura retains clear ownership of the advisory basis.

Direct access

The client works with the people shaping the technical position, not through layers of account management.

Source discipline

Evidence, assumptions and unavailable information are separated rather than blended into false certainty.

Vendor neutrality

Options are compared against the client’s objectives and constraints, not a preferred delivery product.

Useful handover

Each engagement closes with a defined decision, action path and ownership of the next step.

Consultancy and platform

Connected where useful. Kept distinct in the client offer.

Endura Decommissioning provides advisory and engineering support. decomm.ai is a separate asset-intelligence platform offering for decisions constrained by inherited data.

The client may engage the consultancy, the platform or a coordinated pathway. The scope and commercial boundaries should remain explicit.

Entity position

Endura Decommissioning is the trading name of Van Iersel Projects Pty Ltd, ACN 652 513 605. Public material does not publish an Endura ABN because it has not been confirmed for use.
